Bookings and Cancellation Policies

 

BOOKING POLICY

You will be required to pay a deposit for all bookings to confirm the appointment. 

When a booking is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice and a deposit has been paid, the deposit is automatically credited to your profile. If you would like your credit converted to a refund, please contact us via phone 9415 8116 or via email: info@pomphair.melbourne

We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking, we may not have time to complete the service as a whole, and may result in needing to reschedule the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. Your deposit will be forfeited should 24 hour notice not be given to make changes or cancellation to your appointment. New bookings thereafter will require a new deposit. 

At Pomp Hair, we understand any last minute medical or personal emergencies may impact a client’s appointment and will, of course, offer discretion for any sudden cancellations.
